As of February 2, 2026, Georgia Tech athletics indicates construction related to the Bobby Dodd Stadium renovations is expected to begin this year, with re-seating and associated work starting in spring 2026, the bulk of stadium renovations beginning in fall 2026, and stadium construction targeted for completion in fall 2027. ................................. Project No. 0481-2025 The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia ("BOR") as ("Owner"), on behalf of Georgia Institute of Technology ("Georgia Tech"), ("User") is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing professional design services for the construction of a project known as Bobby Dodd Stadium Fan Experience Renovation at Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia. Georgia Tech reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at their discretion. The preliminary Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) or construction cost is estimated at $40M. The final SCL may be revised by the Owner due to final programmatic requirements, funding availability or other circumstances.
