Reference Number 0000295850 Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and Material as requested by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) or the Department of National Defence (DND) in the form of call ups for repairing fences at Saint-Jean Garrison and its satellite locations. Services are to be provided on an "as and when requested basis" in accordance with Statement of Work If mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this Standing Offer Agreement may be extended for three (3) one-year periods under the same terms and conditions. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $154,000.00 for a two (2) year period from the Standing Offer Agreement award date. The Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods and be increased in the order of $77,000.00 for each additional period, under the same terms and conditions, if mutually beneficial to both parties, for an overall potential maximum limit of $400,000.00.
