The selected Applicant would be responsible for the construction management and construction inspection of all project phases from bid award through to the completion and closeout of all construction activity as well as ensuring consistency, strategy, and fulfillment of commitments/goals. The effort will support federal and state funded projects with a concentration in Pedestrians/Bikes/Trails, and consists of construction management and inspection tasks required to complete projects on time and within budget while still providing a quality product. Specific projects and tasks will be assigned, authorized, and executed on a work order basis.
