Reference number: 20079032 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-06-27 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 The MUNICIPALITY OF SAINT-AUBERT is requesting tenders for discontinuous mechanical patching with asphalt and resurfacing of shoulders on Route Belanger, Rang des Jumeaux-Pelletier, 3e rang Est, Route du Lac-Trois-Saumons and Chemin du Tour du Lac Trois-Saumons-Nord and Sud. Tender forms and documents setting out the conditions to be met or known are contained in the document attached to this call for invitational tenders. A bid deposit in the minimum amount of 10% of the total value of the bid in the form of either a certified cheque drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or a Caisse Populaire, or a bid bond and an agreement relating to the issuance of bonds, in accordance with the examples attached to the call for tenders document, all payable to the "Municipalite de SAINT-AUBERT" and conditionally refundable, must accompany the bid. The MUNICIPALITY OF SAINT-AUBERT does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. The project owner reserves the right to cut out certain parts of the contract and will not be liable for any proceedings or claims for costs or losses incurred as a result of such a decision.
