The Boston Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for BHA Project - Site Beautification - Elders Garden at Franklin Field Phase 2, Boston, Massachusetts for the Boston Housing Authority in Boston, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by CBA Landscape Architects LLC. The Project consists of: Removal of brush, pruning of ex-isting trees, installation of new fencing, concrete paving, stone dust paving, raised planters, site furnishings,water utilities, electric utilities, site lighting, signage,and planting of trees and shrubs. The work is estimated to cost $423,993.63 (including the work covered by all Add Alternates). The project is subject to Federal Davis Bacon and State prevail-ing wage requirements and reporting.
