Progressive Design-Build Services for the Big Creek Greenway Rehabilitation, Phases 2&3, 4 and Bethelview Trailhead Questions Due Date: Sep 29th 2025, 12:00 PM EDT Proposer shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Proposal Documents to the Issuing Office in writing via the online bidding platform, Bonfire. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Issuing Office in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda via Bonfire. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Proposals may not be answered. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Proposal Security or Certified Check payable to the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total proposed cost. The successful Proposer will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract value, in accordance with Georgia law. Failure to execute the contract or provide required bonds within ten (10) calendar days of notification of award may result in forfeiture of the Proposal Security as liquidated damages
