Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,964-square-foot water / sewer project.

As of January 9, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The City of Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) is soliciting bids for construction of the Hillcrest Road Pump Station House per the construction documents prepared by Jacobs Engineering. The bids are for construction of an enclosure around the existing pump station equipment to simulate the style of surrounding residential houses in the area. The construction will include the house as a base bid and ten alternates for site development items, security, and monitoring improvements to the facility.
