Site work and renovation of a civil project in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Project involves the installation of a containerized water treatment plant, construction of a structural pad for the treatment container, site grading for the treatment container, and all associated connections for raw water and treated water distribution. It also involves building a new distribution pump house, complete with distribution pumps, variable frequency drives (VFDs), a truck fill pump, and a high-flow pump along with associated discharge piping and valves. Additional scope includes the construction of an access road and a turnaround area for the pump house. The existing pumphouse will also require upgrades to the existing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system. Phase 1 schedule (including provisional if awarded) is to be completed no later than August 30th, 2025.
