This project consists of the complete removal and replacement of existing boiler and chiller systems at Battle Creek City Hall. Work includes the demolition and disposal of obsolete HVAC equipment and installation of new, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems. All piping shall be installed in a systematic, accessible configuration that facilitates future maintenance and operation. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring minimal disruption to City Hall operations during the installation process.
