A Multi Site HVAC Renovation Project for Martin Head Start Center and Westside Head Start Center. . Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check of the bidder, or a certified bid bond, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed by the State of Mississippi and signed by an agent resident in Mississippi, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid amount. Contract award will be made to the lowest and best bidder and Hinds County Human Resource Agency reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
