Question Deadline 06/27/2025 All questions during bidding shall be emailed to bidinquiries@nridgeville.org DESCRIPTION OF WORK A construction schedule shall be submitted for approval, prior to beginning work. The mix design shall be submitted to the Engineering Department for approval and shall be from a supplier on the ODOT QPL. Work shall include labor and equipment required to clean and seal pavement cracks/joints and other necessary appurtenances in accordance with the ODOT CMS 423 Crack Sealing, Hot Applied and the specifications in these Contract Documents. No routing or sawing will be required. All cracks are expected to be cleaned out with either an air compressor or water cleaning equipment. All work shall take place during the City of North Ridgevilles normal inspection hours which are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. All work needing inspection outside of these hours is considered overtime and shall be paid for by the Contractor at 1.5 times the Resident Project Representatives current rate. The Contractor shall deposit $1,000 at the start of the project to cover time outside of these hours. All overtime shall be pre-approved with a 24-hour notice
