Stormwater Improvements, Cement Subgrade, Water Utilities, Drainage, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.), Aggregate, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Street/Roadway Reconstruction , Utility Street Construction and Excavation, Concrete Pavement, Sewer and Water Construction, ADA Curb Ramps, Curbs, Concrete Pavement Removal, Erosion Control - Temporary, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete) o Furnish and Install approximately 5,500 LF of 6" Watermain Pipe, 12 Fire Hydrants and associated materials for service connections o Furnish and Install approximately 950 LF of RCP Storm Sewer Pipe, round and arch pipe, sizes from 18" to 48" Dia. and 8 Drop Inlets, 2 Junction Boxes and 3 Area Inlets o Furnish and Install approximately 203,100 SF of Cement Treated subgrade stabilization o Approximately 15 blocks of street reconstruction and new surfacing consisting of approximately 10,300 Ton of gravel base course and approximately 19,535 SY of Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement with Geotextile Fabric in the intersections o Pour approximately 10,300 LF of concrete curb and gutter, approximately 2,050 SY of concrete approach pavement, along with concrete fillets, valley gutters, and sidewalks o Surface restoration and all other miscellaneous work required not herein mentioned but inferred from the construction Contract Documents. The MBE goal for this project is 1.5% of the total dollar value of the job while the WBE goal is 2.4% of the total dollar value of the job.
