The Atlanta Independent School System is seeking a Construction Manager to complete the following scope of work: construct six (6) new security vestibules and reconstruct eighteen (18) security vestibules. Boyd ES b. Hollis Innovation Academy c. Hope-Hill ES d. Kimberly ES e. M.L. King MS f. Mary Lin ES 3.1.2 Provide access control, cameras, and low-voltage systems as required. 3.1.3 Provide ballistic film on all glass material encompassing the six (6) vestibules named above and as indicated on the plans. 3.1.4 Assure code-compliant egress, hardware, signage, ADA access, etc. 3.1.5 Modify existing building systems as necessary. 3.1.6 Patch, repair, or replace existing finishes to match as necessary. 3.1.7 Modify the existing building automation system (BAS) in support of the new HVAC components and improvements as necessary. 3.1.8 Modify the existing sprinkler system as necessary. 3.1.9 Obtain all City of Atlanta approvals. 3.1.10 Coordinate with the Atlanta Public Schools Safety and Security Commissioning Agent from pre-construction through completion. 3.1.11 All work regarding the identified locations above shall be substantially complete no later than July 10, 2026 Eighteen (18) Existing Security Vestibules Sitework: 3.1.12 Provide ballistic films on all glass material encompassing the existing Eighteen(18) Vestibules are named below. a.
