A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project Number- WM-030 HUDSON RIVER DRAINAGE CHAMBER REHABILITATION, General. The scope of Work listed below for Contract CAT-399-G - HRDC and Moodna Access Shaft Rehabilitation is a summary of major parts of each component of the Work. The Contract's objective isto rehabilitate the HRDC and site to provide blow off functionality at the facility, and provide temporary pumping and permanent access at MAS. 1. The Work to be performed at the HRDC site shall consist of the following: a. Site Access: 1. Design and construct four (4) monopiles for the temporary marine access to the Site for personnel and materials, including a metal gangway to connect the deck barge to the HRDC Site. Remove all marine access set up at the end of the work. Perform at minimum two (2) marine borings in the area of the monopiles as part of a Geotechnical Report that will inform the design.Civil Work: 1. Furnish and install temporary site security fencing at HRDC 2. Furnish and install temporary Field Trailer and Guard Booth, and provide all temporary utilities. 3. Furnish and install temporary soil erosion, sediment controls and exclusion fencing at HRDC. 4. Provide tree removal on site. Prior to tree removal, stake out all proposed work (i.e., grading, permanent fence, boulders, etc.) and notify the Engineer if additional trees not shown on the Contract Drawings are required to be removed. 5. Provide site clearing and construction staging areas at HRDC. 6. Furnish, install, and record vibration monitoring devices during installation and removal of monopiles and cofferdam only. 7. Furnish, install, and record crack gauge devices until Contract Substantial Completion. 8. Furnish and install new permanent fencing, including one personnel gate, and one vehicular slide gate around HRDC Site. 9. Furnish and install vehicular crash gate as a secondary security measure by the vehicular slide gate. 10. Furnish and install large masonry stone blocks around the western perimeter of the permanent fence as added security measure. 11. Furnish and install new french drain on HRDC Site. 12. Clear areas free of debris and overgrowth around inside and outside of existing four (4) relief wells (MHS-1, MHS-2, MHS3, MHS-4) and monitor for water production for 1 full year (all 4 seasons). Provide and install new manhole covers and base, as required. 13. Clear and observe two (2) relief wells (MHS-5 and MHS-6) water production. 14.
