Renovation of an educational facility in Leoti, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Prep the existing EPDM roof area including a cut 10'X10' grid pattern to receive new coverboard and TPO overlay system o Install new 1/4" thick dens deck cover board over existing roof with screws and plates per manufacturer specifications o Install new 60mil TPO SA roof system over coverboard o New 24 ga pre-finished edge metal included o Flash existing curbs, drains, walls and edge metal per manufacturer's details o The roof system be installed to meet a 10- year specification o Provide a 2-year warranty upon completion and a 10-year material guarantee o Labor, material, insurance, permits and clean up associated with proposal. Contact Lori Maxwell, Superintendent, at 620-375-4677 to set up a time to inspect the grade school music roof for bidding proposal purposes. Wichita County Schools reserves the right to accept or reject, without prejudice, any or all proposals, or to waive any irregularities therein, or to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of Wichita County Schools.
