Annual contract for inspection, testing and maintenance/ repair of irrigations systems to include parts & labor. The City of Johnson City desires to contract with a single qualified, licensed vendor to provide annual inspection, testing, and maintenance / repair services for irrigation systems at various City locations on a term basis. Pricing shall be calculated based on the current inventory of locations, system types, and equipment as provided in this solicitation. The contractor shall extend the same terms, conditions, and pricing for any future properties or interests for the City of Johnson City. Thisis a three (3) year contract subject to annual renewal provided all terms, conditions and pricesremain unchanged and vendor is in agreement. Prices contained herein are to be firm for each renewal term of the contract. The City reserves the right to re-quote at the end of any (1) one-year period. The City reserves the right to consider separate contracts for any irrigation system work considered outside of the scope of general maintenance or repair if in the City's bestinterest. Right is reserved by each party to cancel the contract provided that thirty (30) days written notice is given prior to the cancellation date. Vendor Contract will be subject to immediate cancellation if either product orservice does not comply with specifications as stated herein.
