Site work and paving for a civil project in Pomeroy, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Project includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct approximately 200 LF of storm sewer, approximately 420 LF of sanitary sewer, approximately 1,350 SY of 9" thick PCC paving, approximately 500 SY of PCC driveway restoration, manholes, intakes, seeding and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup. Any special shipping / mailing requests will be at bidders' cost. Checks for shipping / mailing shall be made out to Veenstra & Kimm, Inc.
