Reference number: 20079454 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-06-30 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 6 The City of Notre-Dame-des-Prairies wishes to receive tenders for the refurbishment of the mechanical processes at the Notre-Dame sanitary pumping station. The start-up meeting is scheduled for the week of 1 September 2025. The Contractor must complete the work, including the commissioning of the equipment, by 27 February 2026 at the latest. Notre-Dame substation must be in operation no later than February 27, 2026 (without the temporary system). In addition, if the work has to be divided into several operations (non-consecutive weeks of work). For example, if the work stops for the 2025 holiday season, and the civil portion of the project is not completed, the Contractor must include temporary paving in his prices. If work must be done in cold weather, the Contractor must include this in his prices. If the Contractor exceeds this time limit, a penalty will be imposed for each day of delay at the rate set out in the "Penalties" article of this section. The time limits for performance of the contract begin on the date on which authorization is given to start the work.
