No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities. Project will consist of the following sections: 1. Replace the ceiling, lighting, and suspended air handling unit in Instrument Storage Room 141. 2. Replace the zoning controls associated with the air handling unit operation. All questions must be received 48 hours prior to bid opening. Provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the project for the Sheridan College as per plans and specifications. B. In general the work includes: 1. Replacement of air handling unit, coil connection and condensing unit for Music practice room suite - unit located in Music Instrument 141. 2. Remove and replace the ceiling in Music Instrument with a new acoustical tile system. 3. Provide new lighting in 141. 4.
