Project location: Unnamed Tributary to Manada Creek, accessed off of Monroe Street, off of North Hershey Road (Route 39), West Hanover Township, PA, 17112. The Work within this section includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all equipment, labor and materials, and performing all operations necessary to prepare the grade for the streambank. This will include excavating and backfilling and final grading in accordance with the specifications, applicable drawings, and Contract Documents. The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 900 linear feet of streambank stabilization and riparian buffer planting. West Hanover Township Authority will receive bids for the Unnamed Tributary to Manada Creek Stream Restoration Project. Question Deadline 07/28/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions Due online. Estimated Contract Value: $150,000-$200,000 The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 900 linear feet of streambank stabilization and riparian buffer planting. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of ten percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This contract is subject to the following: the PA Prevailing Wage Rates; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; the Non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; requirement of a non-collusion affidavit; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act.
