The Sarasota County Public Hospital District d/b/a Sarasota Memorial Hospital and its governing board (collectively, the Hospital), located in Sarasota County, Florida, is accepting statements of qualifications from Architectural/Engineering Consulting Firms under the provisions of the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act, which is codified at Section 287.055, Florida Statutes. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scope of work for this project may include programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration for all architectural, interior design, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and structural design work services for the renovation of existing Electrophysiological procedure, patient holding & treatment, office, utility and storage areas for new use as reconfigured and renovated spaces of similar, improved, types. This project is envisioned to occur in multiple phases to allow the department to remain in use throughout. The project is located within the main Cardiac department of Sarasota Memorial Hospitals Sarasota Campus (East Tower, Level Two), 1700 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, Florida.
