SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Societe quebecoise des infrastructures (hereinafter the "Company") is issuing a public call for tenders for technical snow removal services for 3 buildings in Alma. IMPORTANT NOTICES Attention: The Company has revised its contractual documents to comply with the amendments to the Regulation respecting certain service contracts of public bodies, which came into force on March 20, 2025. We invite you to read all the contractual documentation carefully to take note of the changes made. QUEBEC ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT This call for tenders contains requirements relating to Quebec's economic development. Please refer to the "Conditions" section of this notice. Diesel fuel price adjustment Please note that the contract covered by this call for tenders provides for a diesel fuel price adjustment. The terms and conditions of this adjustment are set out in the Additional Instructions and the Additional General Conditions. Recommendation to submit bids electronically The Company has undertaken initiatives for its digital transformation and therefore strongly recommends that bidders submit their bids electronically via the SEAO. Authorization to contract/Revenu Quebec certification It is strongly suggested that tenderers apply as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, for their Revenu Quebec attestation and, where applicable, their application for authorisation to contract from the Autorite des marches publics, in order to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to Tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions. The contract covered by this call for tenders is required for a period of 3 snow removal seasons from its effective date. The probable start date of the services is November 1, 2025. TENDER GUARANTEE No bid security is required. All bidders should note that if they refuse to proceed with their bid, the Company may reject any bid submitted by this bidder to the Company for the next two years. CONDITIONS Only bids that meet the following conditions will be considered: 1- The bidder must have an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. 2- Quebec or otherwise Canadian services required The services provided by the successful tenderer must be Quebec or otherwise Canadian services, as defined in the Regulation respecting the definition of certain expressions for the purposes of Division IV of Chapter II of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (RLRQ, chapter C-65.1, r. 7.01), in accordance with the Additional Instructions. The public opening of tenders will take place on the date and at the time specified for the receipt of tenders. The only possibility for any person to attend this opening is to view it live on the Internet at the address indicated for this purpose in the Additional Instructions. No subsequent viewing, recording or broadcasting of the video recording of the opening is possible.
