Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Anthony, Minnesota. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and retail development.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1 L S Replace Roof: - Public Works Facility (3801 Chadler Drive, Saint Anthony Village) - Marketplace Liquor Store (2700 Highway 88, Saint Anthony Village) - Silver Lake Village Liquor Store (2602 39th Avenue, Saint Anthony Village) The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 07/01/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
