Renovation of a municipal facility in Esopus, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Please prepare a bid based on the following specifications for the removal and replacement of the Air Conditioning system for the Esopus Fire District. _ Remove and replace [3] First Company 5-ton air handlers and [1] 2-ton air handler. _ Rework hot water piping to coils. _ Reclaim refrigerant in all 4 outdoor units. _ Cut and flush refrigeration piping to outdoor units. _ Remove, replace and modify ductwork on supply return side of air handler. _ Remove, replace and modify ductwork to provide access to work on air handlers in mechanical area. _ Remove condensate piping at air handlers and tie back into existing condensate drains. _ Provide all high voltage electrical work at air handlers and outdoor units. _ Low voltage work will be provided - air handlers and outdoor units. _ Remove (3) 5-ton and (1) 2-ton condenser and replace with (3) RUUD 5-ton, 14 seer outdoor units and (1) RUUD 2-ton outdoor unit- Equivalents may be submitted to board for approval. _ Reconnect outdoor units after flush is performed. _ If braising of copper is performed, nitrogen must be used as purge. _ Provide new leak detection switches at all 4 drain pans and wire to air handler, low voltage. _ Perform pressure test and vacuum for all 4 systems. _ Start-up of all equipment to insure proper function. _ Provide a 1-year warranty on all labor for project.
