Renovation of a mixed-use development in Miquelon, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and clubhouse / community center.

Reference number: 20077270 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-06-30 This tender concerns the renovation of three buildings located in the village of Salluit. The three projects are grouped in a single call for tenders, but will be treated separately as follows: Project A - Arena: Phase 1 aimed at improving user safety and ensuring the building's heating. The works include the installation of an outdoor container for a temporary mechanical room, as well as architectural and electrical interventions. Project B - Sewing Center: Interior redevelopment including the demolition of existing partitions, the repair of interior finishes, the addition of a bathroom and a kitchenette, as well as mechanical and electrical work. Project C - Community Centre: Minor works including the installation of a 3/8'', new vinyl tiles and interior surface painting. This project is exclusively architectural. The work must be carried out between the signing of the contract and December 1, 2026 in the northern village of Salluit in Nunavik for projects A and B, and before December 1, 2025 for project C.
