Furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of: 2025 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning And Televising for West Haris County Municipal Utility District No. 2. The work consists of cleaning and televising approximately 59,765 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe including 52,845 linear feet of 8-inch pipe, 2,235 linear feet of 10-inch pipe, 120 linear feet of 15-inch pipe, 4,565 linear feet of 21-inch pipe. The work also includes television inspection of 333 sanitary sewer manholes. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open. The bidder must provide a completed Qualification Statement with the bid. The Qualification Statement form is provided in this bid package.
