Site work for a water / sewer project in Lashmeet, West Virginia. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

WVIJDC ELIGIBLE will consist of will consist of a waterline extension in the Mary Branch area including, but not limited to, approximately 15,000 LF of 8-inch waterline; 3,500 LF of 6-inch waterline; 4,000 LF of 2-inch waterline, valves, hydrants, and appurtenances. Final Completion within 360 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to Run. These goals are as follows: Female Participation: 6.9 percent Minority Participation: 4.2 percent A five percent (5%) BID BOND must accompany all BIDS. BIDDERS on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246 and "HUD Section 109", which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. Neither the United States nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees is or will be a party to this Advertisement for Bids or any resulting contract. All Bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractor's License per Section & 30-42-12 of the West Virginia Code. No BIDDER may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids. The Lashmeet Public Service District may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all bids.
