**As of September 05, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Runway Lighting Rehabilitation at the Gastonia Municipal. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or by a certified check payable to City of Gastonia, Gastonia, North Carolina, and drawn on some bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina, for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the closing time for the receipt of bids. The City of Gastonia reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technical defects in the execution of the submission of any bid. Bid date description: Envelopes containing proposals must be sealed and addressed to Ms. Randi Gates, Director of Transportation, Garland Business Center, 150 South York Street, Gastonia, North Carolina 28052. Envelopes must be marked as follows: "Runway Lighting Rehabilitation," Contractor's name, address, and license number listed on the envelope.
