Renovation of a municipal facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of the 1 for 1 repair of the waterproofing of the roof with extended warranty from the contractor and the sealing of the glass roof, including the following work: One-for-one renovation of pools A, B1, B2, C, D, E2, F, G1, G2, G3, G4 and I, including a new roof composition with waterproofing membrane. Refer to plans and specifications. Renovation of the atrium glass roof: Refer to the plans and specifications. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Acceptance Deadline Oct 14, 2025 02:00 PM EDT A maximum of 4 representatives for each bidder, or their authorized representatives, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet with the BGIS representative at ICAO - 999 ROBERT BOURASSA BLVD, MONTREAL, QC. Bidders are required to attend only one scheduled visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified, via an addendum, of any changes to the site visit date. All site visit attendees must bring their own personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes or boots and hard hats. Individuals without appropriate PPE will not be permitted access to the site. Failure of a Bidder to attend a required site visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-Up Sheet and remain present for the entire duration of the visit, entitles BGIS, in its sole discretion, to reject the Bidder's bid.
