Selective demolition, exterior soffit replacement, spray applied insulation, removal and reinstallation of existing furniture and wall mounted items, metal framed walls and insulation, painted gypsum wall board, acoustic ceiling tile, sealed concrete floors, carpet replacement, and modification to existing mechanical/electrical systems. Contractor is responsible for removal and reinstallation of furniture and wall mounted items to allow for completion of interior finish work scope. Furniture shall be removed/reinstalled and/or lifted by a competent furniture installer familiar with the type of furniture installed and approved by the installed furniture manufacturer. Removed furniture storage shall be provided by the contractor. See "Existing Furniture Photos" in the Appendix of this project manual. Contractor is responsible for making a site visit to verify full-extent of existing furniture and wall mounted items scope. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form and shall be accompanied by Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount.
