Grading and Drainage: Site preparation and stormwater infrastructure to support park development. Habitat Restoration: Native plantings and ecological enhancements. Public Amenities: Pavilions, restrooms, trailheads, signage, and parking. Infrastructure: Roadway connections, utilities, lighting, and related civil improvements. Public Art Integration: Initial installations or infrastructure to support future public art. Pre-construction services will be required immediately following award of a contract; this is currently anticipated in September 2025.
