A Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by Sullivan County in accordance with the provisions of Section 120-w of the General Municipal Law of New York State. As such, the County s selection of a company through this RFP process will be based on an evaluation of numerous factors and contract negotiations, and will not be solely based on price or potential revenues to the County. The final RFP is expected to be issued in September 2025. Written proposals submitted in response to that FINAL RFP will be required from interested companies, likely December, 2025. The issuance and proposal due dates may be changed in the Final RFP. A separate public notice will be issued for the Final RFP prior to its issuance. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
