Description

Site work for a civil project in Newmarket, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Regional Municipality of York (the Region) intends to procure the deliverables described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the Deliverables) and has adopted the following process for procuring the Deliverables: Step 1 RFPQ: Prequalification of Construction Managers Establish a list of prequalified Construction Managers who are eligible to participate in Step 2 of the process (the Prequalified CM). Step 2 RFP: Competitive Procurement Process Invite the Prequalified Construction Managers to participate in a formal competitive process for the provision of the Deliverables. This Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is an invitation by the Region to prospective respondents to participate in Step 1 of the procurement process outlined above. The CMAR services for North YDSS Expansion Phase 1 - Part 2 project components include the design and construction of two (2) project components by end of 2030 to support growth in the Town of East Gwillimbury, Town of Newmarket, Town of Aurora, and City of Richmond Hill.
