The project consists of an eight-classroom, two-storey prefabricated addition using Kingspan panels on a steel structure for School District No. 42 (Maple Ridge–Pitt Meadows). Work is divided into three main areas: within the fenced construction zone, outside the fenced area, and within the existing school (with prior approval and only outside of school hours). The project also includes site service upgrades such as a storm drain connection, sanitary sewer extension (with a possible lift station), upgraded water supply (potential new vault), fi re lane improvements, and expanded parking. Both the existing school and the addition will be sprinklered.
