This project includes the reconstruction of approximately 4,700 linear feet of 24-ft wide asphalt pavement along Faught Rd from Old Justin Rd to Robson Ranch Rd. The improvements include, but are not limited to, preparation of right-of-way, traffic control, erosion control, pavement marking and signage, driveway reconstruction, and storm drain improvements. Bidders must submit a cashiers check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their proposal as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the project with the Owner within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award of the contract. The security must be payable to the Town of Northlake in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid submitted.
