Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in San Anselmo, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

A. The Project is located at 1000 Sir Francis Drake Blvd, San Anselmo, CA 94960. B. The Project consists of 4 distinct stages: 1. Stabilization and spot removal of stucco containing asbestos o Remedial patching 2. Stabilization and removal of lead-based paint 3. Application of Primer 4. Application of Paint o 1 Topcoat Layer for Stucco C. The Project consists of two buildings and an two structures 1. Lower Building 2. Lower Building Stairs 3. Breezeway 4. Gym / Preschool The Project must be completed within 47 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. The first available working day is Saturday, August 15, 2026, and the work shall be completed by Thursday, October 1, 2026. Work will be allowed on weekends and holidays, if requested. Number of working days: 47. The estimated construction cost is $390,000 and liquidated damages is $1,300 per day. The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by bid security of ten percent of the maximum bid amount, in the form of a cashier's or certified check made payable to Town, or a bid bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California on the Bid Bond form included with the Contract Documents. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the Contract Price, as further specified in the Contract Documents.
