Lincoln Avenue, Cheboygan, Michigan 49721.1 1 Court Specifications Contractor shall: Remove existing surface and courts and dispose of/haul away Construct a 6 versatile surface made of asphalt with an acrylic coating Remove existing fence and dispose of/haul away Install 400 of 10 high black chain link fence on the east and west sides of the court Install 3 ADA accessible pedestrian gates Be responsible for all sitework, excavation, grading, base prep, and compaction testing Be responsible for all sitework renovations and any damage to existing landscape 2. Court Specifications Contractor shall: Install one standard tennis court 36 x 78 with all standard baselines and service lines Install Convert a Net tennis net adjuster for pickleball Install 4 pickleball courts in the 36 x 78 court Install 4 additional pickleball courts in the adjacent 36 x 78 space Install a pickleball 2-court system on the adjacent space to maximize overrun Install new post and footers All bids must include a Bid Security for 5% of the bid amount payable to Cheboygan Area Schools, in either the form of a certified bank check or bid bond.
