Plans call for the construction of a new ventilated 157,800 square foot general purpose warehouse. The warehouse building has two loading docks, truck ramp, electrical forklift charging area, overhead traveling crane, small office space. The building will have a structural steel superstructure, with a tilt-up wall system. Existing site electrical power, water, and sanitary sewer lines will need to be relocated. The project will also include the construction of a new sanitary sewer lift station. Building 1818 ( 11,291 square feet ) will be demolished. Location The work is located at the Naval Air Station (NAS) Corpus Christi, approximately as indicated.
