Please refer to the Solicitation document and Consultant Instructions for UDOT Pool Submissions in in the Public Files section. The Pool period runs from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030. The Consultant may be required to conduct research managed by Department Staff with subject area expertise, document research findings, and recommendations, and develop technical reports to be used within the Department and by partner agencies. The Consultant may participate in studies/planning efforts as a collaborative effort with other planning agencies to ensure airport interests are represented in partner plans; which may include community plans, Department corridor studies, transportation plans, economic development plans, and Independent Fee Estimates that support aviation. All personnel are required to hold and maintain the necessary licenses and certifications to perform work in accordance with laws and regulations. Consultants must ensure proposed personnel have the necessary training, experience, licenses, and certifications for assigned tasks. Consultants must also ensure personnel possess a working knowledge of the Department’s standard practices. The Department may adjust qualification requirements during the Pool period.
