Town of Sheldon (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Town of Sheldon Varysburg Water System Improvements Project. The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 6,500 LF of 8-inch PVC water main, hydrants, valves and appurtenances along NYS Route 98, US Route 20A and School Street in the Town of Sheldon. Question Deadline 07/07/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Only written Requests for Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI's will be accepted at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Scott Lawler via email: slawler@mountainengineers.com. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York in the amount of not less than five (5%) of the amount of the bid submitted. Security for Faithful Performance: The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds written by firms licensed to do business in New York State, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amounts in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents.
