Question Deadline 07/07/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions through Online Portal The work includes but is not limited to, all labor, materials, tools, oversight, and permits required to complete all work included in plans labeled Highway Occupancy Plans for Pocono Township WAWA, Dated May 30, 2025, including excavating, paving, concrete curb and sidewalk, storm pipes and structures, signs, painting, guiderail, landscaping, and all other work shown or implied. All bidders are required to be Penn DOT Pre Qualified as Prime Contractors, as per AIA document A305-2020. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. A Certificate of Insurance, indicating proof of Worker's Compensation Coverage will be required. General Liability insurance coverage shall be equal to or greater than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $3,000,000.00 aggregate. Responses will be provided via PennBid to all registered parties.
