**As of August 22, 2025, the project was awarded to E.J. Brenneman, with an awarded amount of $67,040.90** Bid Proposal / Contract #1 Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) and Installation of 19mm Superpave Wearing & Related Street Construction Two (2) separate proposals are requested for the following; Contract #1 shall be 1 or full depth reclamation, addition of Portland cement, placement of 19mn Super pave wearing course, and related street improvements as required by the Technical Specifications. Contract #2 shall be furnishing and delivering of 19mm Super pave wearing material as required by the Technical Specifications. Each bidders will be required to furnish a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. Upon the acceptance of each contract / bid, a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) the contract amount to the Township. Each bidder shall be prepared to sublimit evidence of qualifications to perform the work as well as references from previous contracts. Event Bid Description: All Bids shall be sub emitted on the bid proposal form and sealed in an envelope clearly marked "Bid Proposal-EHT Glascock school rod - streets 2025. The Township reserves the right, which is agreed and understood by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn by the bit der for sixty (60) days after closing time for receipt of bids.
