Mt. Hope Funks Grove Library Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive Any and All Informalities in the Bidding. After Receipt of Bids and Completion of the Review Process, Mt. Hope Funks Grove Library May Award a Contract to the Bidder That, in Its Opinion, Will Provide a Combination of the Best Services and Reasonable Cost. Successful Bidders Shall Be Required to Observe the Fair Employment Practices Commission Rules Pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity, and Comply With the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 Ilcs 130/1 Et Seq.., and Use Wage Determination as Determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, Conciliation, and Mediation Division as Most Recent Issuance. These Wages Will Remain in Effect Until Superseded by a New Determination.
