The project consists of constructing an elevated 4540 square foot facility including restrooms, lobby, porches and an entrance ramp . The project address is #1 Van Ness Road, Westwego, LA 70094. Each Bid must be accompanied by bid surety bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, and payable without condition to the owner. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond guaranteeing faithful performance of the contract. Companies providing the bonds shall comply with the requirements of LRS-R.S. 38:2218 and R.S. 38:2219 as applicable.
