The Charlotte Department of Transportation is seeking a new contract to purchase LED-based traffic signals modules to replace or upgrades existing signal lights at selected intersections. All Products and component parts furnished under the Contract shall be new, shall comply with the specifications and terms and conditions. The scope of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract for the purchase, delivery, and other inherently related activities of the Products and Services in compliance with the specifications and terms and conditions outlined in this ITB. All Products and component parts furnished under the Contract shall be new, shall comply with the specifications and terms and conditions outlined in this ITB, and shall operate in full compliance with these Specifications. 3.3. Quantities: The City does not guarantee quantities and will purchase quantities of Products according to actual need during the term of the Contract. The quantities listed in this ITB are estimates only and may differ substantially from the actual quantities ordered.
