Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Warrenton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 930-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the Contract. Project consist of demolition, grading, water, sewer, and storm drainage improvements. Construction includes construction of entrance drive, 800 sf restroom facility with demostration kitchen, owner provided 1200 sf poligon steel open air pavilion, 121 space parking lot with striping, curb stops and concrete parking islands. Construction also consist of sidewalk, dumpster corral, 290 sf outdoor display concrete pad, and demolition of two small masonry buildings. Printed Copies: Bidding Documents, including full size Drawings, will be shipped to the Bidder for a fee in the amount of $100.00. The Bidding Documents will be shipped UPS ground. This fee will include registration and access to the Issuing Office Project Bidding site for electronic download of Bidding Documents as PDF Files. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office If Bidding Documents are obtained from a Online or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format, Bidder must still be registered at the Bid Website. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered Online, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The contractor is responsible for completing third party environmental review for asbestos for both structures. The county has provided a $10,000 allowance for investigation and an allowance for abatement if needed. Please include allowance in your bid total. b) Erosion Control Measures c) Site Grading d) Water system improvements - Fire Hydrant, RPZ, Two-inch water service, and yard hydrants. e) New - 121 Space Parking Lot with Storm Drainage f) 1200 SF Polygon Steel Open Air Pavilion - Order by Town - Delivery coordinated with successful contractor. Delivery receipt and installation by contractor. g) Landscaping and Fence h) Sidewalk construction i) Dumpster Corral j) Stormwater - Control devices- level spreaders k) Site Lighting - successful bidder will need to coordinate with Duke Energy the site lighting contractor. 2) Alternate Bid: 800 sf restroom facility with demonstration kitchen and associated sewer system improvements. See note page C-3.00 - change in electrical service. 9/22/2025 .................................Construction Start Date 6/19/2026.................. ...............Substantial Completion(270-days) 7/19/2026...................................Final Completion (300 days) Municipal Meeting 08/04/2025 Award by Board of Commissioners Questions will be accepted until July 8th @ 12:00 pm and final addendum will be issued by July 10th @ 5:00 pm.
