Reference Number 0000390986 Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:09/30/2026 The Southeast Michigan Council of Governments (SEMCOG) is seeking to qualify up to four engineering consultants to support local agencies integrating their Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) projects into the Michigan Infrastructure Council (MIC) MiDIG Project Portal. The consultants, under the direction of the SEMCOG staff, will work with local agencies to collect existing Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs), assist in developing new plans, and educate communities on the importance of asset management practices and coordinated infrastructure projects. Question Deadline 07/08/2025 at 5:00 PM ET This RFQ is being issued by SEMCOG, the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments. Technical inquiries concerning the project can be submitted through email to Lindsey Kerkez (kerkez@semcog.org) and administrative inquiries concerning the project can be submitted through email to Vincent Synowicz (synowicz@semcog.org). Answers to these questions will be provided by email no later than Friday, July 11, 2025. SEMCOG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to negotiate the requested services and contract terms with the selected consultant(s). SEMCOG reserves the right to select other than the lowest bid.
