The Morgan County Fiscal Court is applying for federal funding for the Morgan County Waste and Recycling Center Construction Project. Professional services may include but are not limited to: feasibility and planning studies, preliminary engineering/architectural report, cost estimate preparation, planning, design, construction administration, inspection, other required engineering services, and administration. Minimum qualifications have been established to assure the Community of professional expertise with adequate experience to assure successful completion of the proposed project within the allocated time constraints. Any response not meeting the minimum requirements for consulting firm’s prior experience as outlined in this request will be rejected. Morgan County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any technicalities, and to negotiate with the respondent who most nearly meets the project requirements.
