REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS M& Development LLC, on behalfofBrattleboro Housing Partnerships, is seeking proposals for Construction Management services for the redevelopment ofthe historic Melrose Terrace property. Only pre-construction services will be authorized at this time. The project consists ofthe renovation of six existing buildings into 31 energy efficient, one-bedroom, single level apartments, a community/laundry room, geothermal wells, parking, utilities and other site work. The construction is estimated to cost $9.75 million. Women Owned, Minority Owned, Locally Owned Businesses, and Section 3 Businesses are encouraged to apply. Evaluations ofsubmissions shall be made by the owners, whose decision shall be final
