If any prospective offeror has questions about the specifications or other solicitation documents, the prospective offeror should contact the buyer whose name appears on the face of the solicitation no later than five working days before the due date. Any revisions to the solicitation will be made only by addendum issued by the buyer. Cemeteries will order by the pallet Tall Fescue SOD (composition 90% Tall Fescue and 10% Kentucky blue grass) as needed. Requirements for the sod are as follows: 2’X5’ rolls, 60 rolls per pallet, consistent thickness of the SOD is a MUST. Please send the amount of SOD per pallet and pricing to melek.sanchez@dvs.virginia.gov in addition to submitting your price per pallet. This will be a 15-month blanket order to the awardees.
